Customer Terms and Conditions

By registering as a customer with DD4Hire, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

All of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of DD4Hire apply to you.

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Customer registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify DD4Hire of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. DD4Hire cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.

You acknowledge, consent and agree that DD4Hire may access, preserve and disclose your account information if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy or these Additional Terms and Conditions; (c) respond to your requests for driver service; or (d) protect the rights, property or personal safety of DD4Hire, its users and the public.

DD4Hire expressly reserves the right to immediately modify, suspend or terminate Registrant's account and refuse current or future use of the Service, if DD4Hire, in its sole discretion, believes Registrant has: (i) violated or tried to violate the rights of others; or (ii) if we become aware of information indicating a safety concern for you, other users of the Service, or the general public, or (iii) acted inconsistently with the spirit or letter of the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy or these Additional Terms.

You understand that the Service and software embodied within the Service may include security components that permit digital materials to be protected. You may not attempt to override or circumvent any of the usage rules embedded into the Service. Any unauthorized reproduction, publication, further distribution or public exhibition of the materials provided on the Service, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

All Driver names and information, including but not limited to names, addresses, contact information, and any other thing or matter relating to the customer-driver relationship is the confidential and proprietary information of either DD4Hire or the driver, and you are not permitted to use or disclose it in any matter or at any time except in fulfillment of your contract with the Driver.

You are not permitted to utilize the designated driving services of a Driver registered with DD4Hire except through DD4Hire.  The foregoing prohibition shall apply so long as you are registered as a customer with DD4Hire, and for a period of two (2) years thereafter.  To the extent that the law of your jurisdiction will not allow enforcement of this restriction, then the restriction will be as broadly construed as the law of your jurisdiction will allow.

You must have automobile insurance coverage, which at a minimum includes liability insurance and property damage insurance, which provides such coverage when the vehicle is operated by the Driver you engage.

User understands and agrees that DD4Hire, Inc. charges fees to the Members for the opportunity to avail themselves of Drivers willing to provide designated driving services pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. User understands and agrees that DD4Hire, Inc. charges fees to the Drivers for the opportunity to provide designated driver services to Members pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. DD4Hire, Inc. offers a variety of fee options which include quarterly, monthly, or transactional fees.

The payment terms are as follows:
credit card that you provide as part of your Registration Data for the Service will automatically and immediately be billed. All currency references are in U.S. dollars.
Payment occurs on a pre-pay basis and payment will be automatically deducted based upon the billing option you choose.  Upgrades or downgrades between a monthly plan and quarterly subscription plans are effective immediately, meaning your new subscription level or plan will trigger a new billing period starting on the date of upgrade or downgrade. Your credit card will reflect both (i) a refund pro-rated to the number of days remaining in your old subscription level or plan, and (ii) a charge for the full amount of the new subscription level or plan.
Please note, except as described at the bottom of these Customer Terms and Conditions, and unless DD4Hire gives notice to the contrary, payment for subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the term for which you paid, your cancellation will take effect at the end of that term. For example, if you subscribe to a monthly plan, and you cancel after 15 days, you will still have the service until the end of the 30 days.
If your credit card is invalid for any reason, your access to the Service will be suspended or cancelled immediately and all the information contained within it deleted permanently. DD4Hire

Except where prohibited by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold DD4Hire, its employees, agents, contractors, drivers and customers harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities costs and expenses (including but not limited to court costs, costs of suit and professional fees) arising out of or relating to any breach of Customer Terms and Conditions.

Subscription Cancellation: Memberships which are set up through Pay Pal must be cancelled through Pay Pal. Log into your Pay Pal account and cancel your   subscription to stop your monthly or quarterly charges. You may utilize your account in the future by purchasing One Time booking credits.
